Why Finish Line

Boutique by design. All in by commitment.

01

Selective by design

We don't sign athletes to fill a roster. We choose who we work with based on their mission, ambition, and where we know our team can make an impact.

02

A team behind every athlete

When we bring an athlete on, we commit our team to their goals. Strategy, content, recruiting visibility, brand outreach, and partnership execution all work together.

03

The engine behind the scenes

Our athletes are the face of their journey. Behind the scenes, we handle the planning, creative work, introductions, and follow-through that help keep the spotlight on them.

How We Work

The Finish Line Process

STEP 01

Build the Story

Every athlete has more to offer than stats. We identify the story, values, and personality that make them marketable.

STEP 02

Package the Brand

Professional profiles, short-form content planning, and clear materials that help brands, coaches, and creative partners understand the athlete before the first conversation.

STEP 03

Find the Fit

We identify brands, coaches, and creative opportunities that align with each athlete's goals.

STEP 04

Make the Pitch

We handle the targeted outreach, athlete materials, and pitches behind the scenes so athletes can focus on what they do best.

STEP 05

Close the Deal

From first contact to a signed partnership or next opportunity, we help manage the details, expectations, and follow-through.

About

A select roster. A team fully invested.

Founded by two GCU students, Finish Line Sports Group began in NIL with a belief that talented athletes deserve more opportunities. Today, we are a boutique representation and marketing group serving high-level athletes across sports and career stages. We keep our roster intentional so our team can invest deeply in the athletes and missions we choose to support.

"Finish Line was built for the athletes that get overlooked. Athletes work way too hard to get to where they are to not have proper representation."

What We Handle

01

Media Kits

Professional profiles and media kits that show brands, coaches, and creative partners what makes an athlete stand out.

02

Brand Pitch Decks

Custom pitch decks for brand collaborations, modeling opportunities, and other targeted introductions.

03

Athlete Opportunity Strategy

From NIL and endorsements to recruiting exposure and modeling opportunities, we build a plan around each athlete's goals.

04

Highlight-film edits, short-form content, and social media strategies that build an athlete's audience and visibility with coaches, brands, and fans.

05

Contract Review & Negotiation

We review proposed partnership terms, support negotiations, and help athletes understand their commitments. When legal advice is needed, we involve qualified counsel.

Small roster. Full commitment.

We don't represent athletes just to grow our roster. We work with people whose mission we believe in, then put our team behind the scenes to help move that mission forward, whether through partnerships, recruiting visibility, or opportunities beyond competition.
